This Work package focuses on the coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of the project’s progress. Monthly meetings will be held to track each work package, along with quarterly meetings to assess overall progress. Key indicators will be defined to measure the effectiveness of activities, and evaluation processes will be conducted before, during, and after the project.
The management team, led by Blue Beehive, will oversee planning, financial administration, and milestone compliance. Digital tools will be used to optimize communication and project management, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
To minimize risks, mitigation strategies will be implemented to address potential delays, budget deviations, or conflicts. Additionally, the project will incorporate green practices throughout all phases and encourage active participation from youth workers and partners, ensuring accessibility, inclusion, and sustainability.
This Work Package aims to develop a Personal Learning Environment (PLE) tailored to train youth workers in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
This will involve collecting tools and resources that enable educators and youth workers to gain AI knowledge safely and effectively. The focus will be on digital literacy, security, and ethics, alongside the creation of structured learning pathways within an interactive webmix.
The final output will be a digital environment based on a webmix software like Symbaloo, designed for organizing and curating AI-related content. This platform will allow youth workers to access up-to-date resources, engage in self-directed learning, and establish a Personal Learning Network (PLN) with experts and peers in the field.
To ensure the PLE’s quality and effectiveness, quantitative indicators (such as the number of tools collected, referenced links, and active users) and qualitative indicators (such as the perceived usefulness of the PLE and improved understanding of AI) will be used.
BLUE BEEHIVE will lead the development, coordinating the selection of tools, the design of the PLE, and the training of partners in the creation of learning pathways. All partners will actively participate in identifying needs, structuring content, and validating the PLE to ensure its relevance and practical application in the youth sector.
This Work Package aims to develop an AI-based tool to help young people overcome barriers to entering the job market. In regions like Ibi, where youth unemployment exceeds 60%, this solution will serve as a key ally in providing guidance, access to opportunities, and skill development.
The specialized ChatGPT will not only answer questions but will also offer personalized guidance, continuously adapting to users’ needs and updating with the latest trends and opportunities.
Expected outcomes include:
To measure the project’s success, qualitative indicators (such as user feedback and expert evaluation of content quality) and quantitative indicators (such as the number of queries handled, response times, and accuracy rates) will be used.
NTUA will lead the ChatGPT development, applying advanced AI and machine learning techniques. BlueBeehive will integrate relevant data, conduct testing, and validate the system with end users. CAZALLA and INFOFRONT will design educational activities and assess the ChatGPT’s usefulness in youth work, organizing testing sessions with professionals in the field.
This work package aims to train youth workers in the use of AI to enhance their educational and social work. Through a training course and local workshops, participants will gain knowledge of AI, identify useful tools, foster critical thinking, and promote inclusive learning.
Key outcomes include the development of educational resources on AI, the implementation of local workshops involving at least 120 young people, and the creation of a collaborative network among participants. Additionally, reports will be produced to assess the impact of the workshops and improve future initiatives.
The success of WP4 will be measured through indicators such as participant satisfaction, workshop quality, the number of young people reached, and the number of projects generated.
Each partner will play a key role: Cazalla Intercultural will lead coordination; BlueBeehive and University of Athens will provide AI expertise; and Infofront Prilep will support dissemination and workshop replication. This collaboration will ensure a sustainable and effective project impact.
This work package focuses on maximizing the impact and visibility of the project’s key outcomes, particularly the specialized ChatGPT for youth work and the Personal Learning Environment (PLE). These events will raise awareness among youth workers, educators, and youth leaders, equipping them with the knowledge to integrate these tools into their work. Additionally, they will provide a platform for sharing insights from youth workshops, fostering collaboration, and inspiring new strategies in youth work.
The main outcomes include live demonstrations of ChatGPT and PLE, showcasing their practical applications; presentations of key insights from local workshops; distribution of training materials to facilitate adoption; networking opportunities to encourage partnerships; and stakeholder engagement to expand the project’s impact. Feedback collected from participants will help refine the tools and ensure their long-term relevance.
Success will be measured through both qualitative and quantitative indicators, including participant evaluations, interaction levels, diversity of attendees (minimum 140 in total), resource downloads, and social media engagement.
Infofront Prilep will lead the coordination, promotion, and execution of the events, ensuring consistency across locations. Cazalla Intercultural, BlueBeehive, and the University of Athens will be responsible for organizing events in Lorca, Ibi, and Athens, tailoring them to local needs. All partners will contribute by sharing experiences, facilitating networking, and supporting the evaluation of WP5’s overall impact.
