First Meeting

GPT4YOUTH kicks off in Alicante: young people, artificial intelligence, and plenty of ideas to share.

On January 29, the cozy Blue Beehive space in Ibi (Alicante) became the meeting point for an international group with a clear mission: to empower European youth by combining non-formal learning with the new possibilities offered by artificial intelligence. All of this under a name as futuristic as it is promising: GPT4YOUTH. Partners from Cazalla (Lorca), Info Front (North Macedonia), and the National Technical University of Athens NTUA (Greece) gathered to work on the project.

From the early morning, the project partners came together to launch this European initiative that embraces new ways of learning, communicating, and growing. Over coffee, presentations, and many ideas, they discussed action plans, training sessions, local workshops, and even how to use tools like ChatGPT in youth work.

There was, of course, a well-deserved lunch break and an official dinner to wrap up the day on a high note.

The atmosphere was as dynamic as the project’s very goal: breaking down barriers, connecting cultures, and preparing the new generation for the digital future.

This meeting marks the official start of the project, which has been funded with the support of the European Commission. And this is just the beginning!
